In the framework of the CNCA Embodied Carbon Project, Bordeaux partnered with Neo-Eco to develop a circular economy strategy as part of its Urban Regeneration Programme on the Right Bank of the Bordeaux metropolitan area.

The initiative seeks to reduce waste generated through demolition and renovation works, lower the consumption of natural resources for new construction, stimulate new local value chains for material recovery, and develop territorial tools to enable this, such as a reuse and recycling platform.
